She successfully underwent a radical hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection. Her surgery and recovery were smooth, and she was discharged on postoperative day 4.
Final pathology showed no spread to lymph nodes, parametrium, or vaginal margins meaning no further treatment was needed. She is now on routine follow-up.
