A 55-year-old mother of six presented with three months of vaginal bleeding. Evaluation confirmed early-stage cervical cancer (Stage IB2)

686857651 1624055216392177 8583299283359533910 nShe successfully underwent a radical hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection. Her surgery and recovery were smooth, and she was discharged on postoperative day 4.

Final pathology showed no spread to lymph nodes, parametrium, or vaginal margins meaning no further treatment was needed. She is now on routine follow-up.

A great example of timely intervention and multidisciplinary care leading to an excellent outcome.
